Puerto Penasco is on the opposite side of the Sea of Cortez from San Felipe. It is the nearest beach for the people in Arizona. There are a lot of resorts there and we stayed at one of them. We happened to come during a Harley convention. I finally got my wish of walking along the beach and crashing different resort swimming pools. We only made it to one but that was enough.
