The Oceanside Pier is the longest pier in the San Diego area. I love going to Ruby's Diner at the end of it. Once I took my niece Katie and nephews Thomas and Greg with me there for dinner. I got them to hurry back to the car by turning it into a race, which allowed me to make it back home in time for a date. This was Haylee's 2nd time surfing. She took on surfing intensely and read all about it, and practiced getting up on the floor. She got up several times.
Elaina is a happy beach baby.
